By completing this form for your booking you are confirming you have read and fully understood our terms and conditions of our hire services to you. Any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

HIRE AGREEMENT and QUESTIONS 

HIRER: NOT for self drive.  

Please contact us with as much information about your event as possible, including:

• Event type

• Dates

• Timings

• Location

• Duties required

• Whether it is a public event, private event, TV production or film production

Upon selecting the package that best suits your event, a £50 deposit is required.

The remaining balance must be paid in full two weeks before the event.

Please ensure there is adequate, safe and legal parking available for the arrival of the vehicle.

SANDSTONE PRODUCTIONS LTD

• We will endeavour to fulfil your booking requirements. Once the booking form has been returned, we will confirm all arrangements with you. Should we encounter any issues, we will inform you as soon as possible.

• In the event of a vehicle breakdown, we will endeavour to provide a replacement vehicle where possible. Please note that any replacement vehicle may not be the make or model originally booked.

• Any damage caused by the hirer, their guests or members of their party remains the hirer's responsibility and will be charged accordingly.

• By accepting our quotation and digitally signing the booking form, the hirer confirms they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Sandstone Productions Ltd and its staff shall not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the experience, except where required by law.

• If Sandstone Productions Ltd is unable to attend the event due to circumstances beyond our control, including illness, accident or vehicle breakdown, we will inform the hirer as soon as possible. If a suitable replacement vehicle cannot be arranged, all monies paid will be refunded.

• The contract is strictly between Sandstone Productions Ltd and the hirer.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

• Hire of the vehicle, driver and mileage, plus any optional extras listed on the booking form.

• One collection point and one drop-off point. Any additional locations must be agreed prior to signing the booking form.

ADDITIONAL HIRE CHARGES

Additional hours required outside the contracted hire period will be charged at £70.00 per hour, or part thereof, if not arranged in advance. Payment is due on the day.

Additional mileage will be charged at £3.50 per mile when not pre-booked and is payable on the day.

We allow sufficient travelling time within your selected package to return you to your destination on schedule. However, Sandstone Productions Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, road closures, accidents or vehicle breakdowns.

If additional time or mileage may be required, please inform us before the event. We may not be able to accommodate changes on the day.

All mileage calculations will be based upon the postcode information supplied at the time of booking.

We strongly recommend allowing sufficient time for traffic delays, roadworks, diversions and unforeseen circumstances to ensure your schedule runs smoothly.

Prices quoted are for single special occasions and wedding ceremonies only.

QUOTATIONS

All quotations are based on the information provided by the hirer.

Once agreed and confirmed, any changes to dates, timings, mileage, locations or requirements may result in an increased hire charge.

Reductions in time, mileage or locations after booking will not reduce the hire charge, as the minimum hire fee will already have been applied.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

£50 per vehicle.

If the hire date falls within two weeks of booking, the full hire fee is payable immediately.

Payments can be made by:

• Direct Bank Transfer

• Cash

• Internet Banking

• PayPal (subject to an additional processing fee)

Deposits are non-refundable unless Sandstone Productions Ltd is unable to fulfil the booking.

Can we hire more than one vehicle?

Yes, You may hire multiple vehicles, subject to availability. We can also source additional vehicles upon request.

Can we extend our hire time after signing the agreement, even on the day?

Yes, subject to availability. Additional time can often be arranged on the day if our schedule permits. Any additional charges will be agreed with your driver.

Can more than one person use the vehicle?

No. Only the named hirer may use the vehicle experience. Friends, family and guests are not permitted inside the vehicle. This restriction exists to minimise the risk of damage and ensure the experience remains exclusive to the hirer.

Can we go 88mph?

Unfortunately not… Time travel requires special authorisation from Doc Brown. Our drivers must comply with all UK speed limits and traffic laws.

Can I consume food or drink inside the vehicle?

No. Food and drink are not permitted inside any of our vehicles in order to maintain their condition and presentation. Besides, you'll be far too busy enjoying the experience!

Can my friends jump inside the car for a quick photo?

No. Due to insurance and health and safety requirements, only the hirer may access the vehicle interior. However, friends and family are welcome to take as many photographs as they wish outside the vehicle.

Can I request photographs of my experience?

Yes. We can provide photographs of your experience and can even arrange an A3 canvas print at an additional cost.

Can you arrive 15 minutes early for photographs?

Yes. We aim to arrive approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled booking time to allow for photographs and introductions before your experience begins.

Can I play my own music?

Yes. You may connect your phone to our sound system and enjoy your own music during the experience.

How fast is a DeLorean?

Approximately 130mph.

What is the DeLorean's 0–60mph time?

Approximately 8.8 seconds. For the Legend Industries Twin Turbo Version 5.5 Seconds
